Our Pre-K Program
Harbor ELC uses Frog Street Curriculum to teach skills needed for kindergarten and beyond! This curriculum is thoughtfully designed to support children’s growth in all areas of development.
Rates
Full-Time (M-F 7:30 AM-5:30 PM): $315/week ($63/day)
Part-Time 3 Days (M/W/F 7:30 AM-5:30 PM): $210/week ($68/day)
Part-Time 2 Days (T/Th 7:30 AM-5:30 PM): $155/week ($73/day)
Before/After Care: $20/day
Registration
The registration fee ($150) is due upon enrollment. It is non-refundable regardless of the reason for withdrawing. A re-enrollment fee of $75 will be sent out every July.
2025-2026 Tuition Fees (Collected and paid through your ProCare app) are due at the beginning of each week.
